Hi! I’m a dynamic technology leader that has a strong understanding of technology, people, organizations, markets, and government. I self-taught programming in elementary school and made hundreds of web applications following the evolution of technology. Today, I have a strong background in software development, systems integration, technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and technology leadership.
Regarding technology leadership, I encourage a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, integrity, sustainability, entrepreneurship and accountability to increase revenue, manage costs, and increase morale effectively in a competitive market. I help create an environment for team members to thrive by procuring right-sized tools, implementing automations, removing unnecessary red tape, and enforcing accountability with shared risk.

My value comes from the breadth and depth of my previous experiences, which help teams solve problems with optimal, sustainable solutions with lower risk. I strive to understand exactly how technologies are integrated to solve specific business problems, and I can isolate and scope initiatives and issues to add strategic value with less complexity, effort, and risk.
I've architected custom mission-critical e-commerce systems for 100k+ active users and also integrated disparate business systems for enterprise resource planning and revenue operations. My experience in enterprise and solutions architecture helps create robust and functional business systems integrations with marketing automation, lead generation, CRM, HRIS, ERP, VoIP, email, chatbot, lakehouse, performance monitoring, and reporting tools that can integrate with custom SaaS product offerings to create fully automated lead-to-cash processes.
Modern enterprise systems support revenue growth. These systems allow quick geographic and product expansion and retraction, marketing automations, seamless A/B version testing, user session heat maps, customer journey tracking, conversion rate tracking, multi-touch attribution, streamlined customer onboarding, curated content generation based on interest, CSAT score generation, customer review generation, sales pipeline management, supply chain management, team performance management, and more. Data can be piped into analytics systems including machine learning for business intelligence to support strategic decisions.
Modern enterprise systems also support sustainable growth without sacrificing customer experience, compliance, and security. Automated workflows in employee onboarding and offboarding, contract management, compliance management, asset management, risk management, configuration management, process management, threat detection, incident management, etc. can help organizations scale up and down with stability and control.
Large electronic health record (EHR) systems share many similarities with ERP systems for the healthcare domain. Although there are specialized domain entities such as Patient, Practitioner, Encounters, and Observations, many EHRs ultimately support customized workflows (e.g., clinical and billing), track transactions, inventory, and data, and integrate with external systems to provide a better experience for their users (e.g., patients, providers, and payers).
Together with organization leaders, we can create optimized omni-channel customer experiences with the development and integration of custom and vendor solutions to achieve organizational goals with measurable outcomes.
Master of Business Administration
Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering
I have experience working in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, financial, intellectual property, real estate, insurance, cybersecurity, and government. I'm familiar with protecting sensitive data such as non-public information (NPI), personally identifiable information (PII), and protected health information (PHI) within organizations and supporting systems, and I'm also familiar with de-identifying data for external processing.
We can use policies and procedures and automated workflows to stay on top of everchanging regulations. I've written policies and procedures for organizations and teams, and I've worked with data governance, risk assessment, and auditing tools to meet and ensure compliance with technical and process automation.

This personal website is a live example that is built from scratch with Next JS 15 and React 19. It's a progressive web app (PWA) that is downloadable to your device as an iPhone or Android mobile app and integrates with Firebase for authentication and HubSpot for omnichannel communication.
Here are some public projects that I have contributed to in the past.
Served on the Board of Directors as an Ex-officio Director through my role as Yale Alumni Association Delegate. Created an online portal using React and helped review and amend Bylaws.
Served as CTO to combine mortgage, realty, and insurance systems to simplify the home buying experience. Implemented an omni-platform communication strategy and unified all customer touchpoints while expanding product offerings and service regions.
Served as CTO to release realty and homes websites with GIS features using distributed databases.
Served as enterprise solutions architect to deliver professional services revolving custom enterprise solutions and business systems integrations using domain-driven design, microservices, SOLID, and event-driven design principles.
Served as the principal software architect for the electronic patent filing system for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
Served as the development and operations lead for the National Vulnerability Database and its administration console at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Served as the web architect for the first set of HIPAA-compliant mobile health program applications (pre-Cerner) such as Patient Viewer, Summary of Care, Mobile Blue Button, Secure Messaging, and Scheduling.
We conceptualized and successfully prototyped a home protection system with IoT devices that alert via text/SMS during my 2007 spring semester at Carnegie Mellon University.
This is a list of some of the technologies I've worked or integrated with. I have extensive experience with Java (Spring) and JavaScript/TypeScript (React and Angular) frameworks and various integrations surrounding these tools such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and analytics platforms. I enjoy hands-on software development, and I put in effort to write and review code to continue to have a solid grasp of the technology landscape and to understand the development experience for better forecasting.
Modern enterprise systems are hosted on multiple cloud platforms and require the knowledge of the various tools and integration patterns across the cloud platforms. I've been working with the evolution of these tools and their different flavors, which help me learn faster, make more informed architectural decisions, and navigate implementation challenges to support business goals.
I encourage these traits to build collaborative, high-performing teams that leverage collective intelligence to thrive in today's challenging technology landscape. I have in-depth discussion material with real-life scenarios for team building and performance evaluation metrics that empower team members to contribute their best in a positive and productive environment.
