I'm a strategic, execution-obsessed technology leader who blends technical depth with a strong understanding of people, organizations, markets, and government. I taught myself to code in elementary school and went on to build hundreds of web applications as technology evolved. Today, I offer strong capabilities in software development, systems integration, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, solutions architecture, and technology leadership.
I foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, integrity, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and accountability to drive revenue, manage costs, and strengthen morale in competitive markets. I create environments where teams can thrive by establishing clear policies and guidelines, eliminating unnecessary red tape, procuring right-sized tools, implementing automation, and promoting accountability through shared risk.

With a wide-ranging foundation of experience, I bring the ability to actively listen, understand, and solve problems with sustainable solutions and risk-mitigated strategies. I focus on how technologies truly integrate to solve business challenges, enabling me to define and prioritize initiatives that deliver high strategic value with minimal complexity and operational friction.
I've led large technical teams and architected mission-critical e-commerce systems serving millions of users and integrated complex, disparate business systems across ERP and RevOps. My enterprise and solutions architecture expertise enables me to build robust, end-to-end system integrations spanning marketing automation, lead generation, CRM, HRIS, ERP, VoIP, email, chatbots, lakehouse platforms, performance monitoring, and reporting. These integrations connect seamlessly with custom SaaS products to create fully automated, high-performing lead-to-cash processes.
Modern enterprise systems drive revenue growth by enabling rapid expansion, sophisticated marketing automation, user behavior insights, conversion tracking, streamlined onboarding, dynamic content, and end-to-end sales and supply chain management. They also feed data into analytics and machine learning engines, empowering organizations with actionable intelligence for strategic decision-making.
Modern enterprise systems drive sustainable growth by enhancing customer experience and strengthening compliance and security. Automation across onboarding, threat detection, contract and compliance processes, asset and inventory management, risk and configuration management, and incident response helps organizations scale efficiently and confidently.
Together, we can create optimized omni-channel customer experiences with the development and integration of custom and vendor solutions to achieve organizational goals with measurable outcomes.

Throughout my career, I've worked extensively in heavily regulated industries (healthcare, financial services, insurance, intellectual property, real estate, cybersecurity, and government), with particular expertise in protecting personally identifiable information (PII), protected health information (PHI), and non-public information (NPI), as well as safely de-identifying data for third-party analytics and processing.
In fast-changing regulatory landscapes, I help organizations stay compliant without slowing down innovation. I've drafted and rolled out policies and procedures for teams across multiple states and jurisdictions, and I've designed automated workflows integrated with data governance, risk assessment, and continuous auditing tools.

Here are some public projects that I have contributed to in the past.

Served on the Board as VP and Ex-officio Director through my role as Yale Alumni Association Delegate. Reinstated 501(c)(3) status and established publicly posted bylaws for transparent governance.

Served as CTO to combine mortgage, realty, and insurance systems to simplify the home buying experience. Implemented an omni-platform communication strategy and unified all customer touchpoints while expanding product offerings and service regions.

Served as CTO to release realty and homes websites with GIS features using distributed databases.

Co-founded boutique consulting firm that designed mission-critical solutions for United States Patent & Trademark Office, House of Representatives, and Department of Veterans Affairs.

Served as the principal software architect for the electronic patent filing system for the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Served as the development and operations lead for the National Vulnerability Database and its administration console at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Served as the web architect for the first set of HIPAA-compliant mobile health program applications (pre-Cerner) such as Patient Viewer, Summary of Care, Mobile Blue Button, Secure Messaging, and Scheduling.

We conceptualized and successfully prototyped a home protection system with IoT devices that alert via text/SMS during my 2007 spring semester at Carnegie Mellon University.
Modern enterprise systems span multiple cloud providers, hybrid environments, and complex integration patterns. By deeply engaging with the evolution of these platforms and their varied implementations, I've developed an intuitive grasp of recurring patterns and analogies. This enables me to learn new technologies rapidly, design better architectures, make well-informed technical decisions, earn the trust of engineering teams, and successfully navigate implementation challenges to deliver on strategic business objectives.
I cultivate these traits to build collaborative, high-performing teams that leverage collective intelligence to succeed in today's complex technology landscape. I provide in-depth discussion materials and real-world scenarios for team building and performance evaluation, empowering team members to contribute their best in a positive, productive environment.
